Someone who'll ensure compliance with conventional tool and equipment preservation poilicies with an extrordinary approach to solving potential issues in unconventional ways.
Experience with Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, troubleshoot malfunctions and breakdowns, and perform repairs.
- Install and perform diagnostic tests on all mechanical systems.
- Assist engineers with mechanical designs and tasks.
- Document processes and maintain service records.
- Monitor the availability of parts and replenish supplies.
- Optimize efficiency by adjusting machinery equipment settings.
- Train colleagues on the safe and efficient use of machinery and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and adhere to industry regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Associates in Mechanical Engineering or similar degree, preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role or industry.
- Extensive knowledge of designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Proficient in designs and diagnostic testing software.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Great Organizational and time management abilities.
