Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs to our clients' high-end vacation homes on Kiawah Island.
• Conduct inspections and identify maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Assist property managers and project managers with residential construction projects.
• Collaborate with the in-house maintenance team to address specialized projects
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Must possess basic carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical, and/or paint skills.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or a similar role is preferred.
• Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to perform duties to the highest standard.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and strength to perform manual labor.
• Must possess reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary at $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
