Maintenance Tech

Throughout the Gardner family's ownership of Superior Trim, we have made, and continue to make, significant investments to ensure that Superior Trim has all of the appropriate technologies in-house and available to produce cost-competitive, high-quality interior and exterior trim products for medium/heavy duty trucks and other commercial vehicles that our customers expect
Superior Trim - Springfield is looking for a team-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance department. This is a 3rd shift opening (10:30pm to 7am, Sunday-Thursday), and minimum pay starts at $24/hour, will pay based on experience..
Job Duties (include but are not limited to):

• Performing routine preventative / predictive maintenance of machinery, other production equipment, and facility.
• Repairing equipment and tooling as necessary as it pertains to production and the quality of production in accordance with established standards
• Stocking and replenishing necessary parts or equipment in coordination with the purchasing department and Maintenance Manager, to perform necessary maintenance and repair
• Maintain and improve cleanliness and organization of plant and facility

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Experience working with electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, injection mold machinery, and timing sensitive mechanisms preferred.
• Previous experience troubleshooting PLCs and robotics, specifically A/B and Fanuc
• Basic fabrication skills (cutting/welding)
• Relevant certifications, training, or course work preferred, but not required
