HOA Management a full-service Homeowners Association Management Company is looking to hire immediately a Full Time Maintenance Director that will hold the highest position within the maintenance department. You will have an important leadership role in overseeing and ensuring efficient operations of HOA Managements Maintenance Department. Oversee the scheduling, planning, and execution of all maintenance and repair work for buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Key responsibilities of the maintenance director:
1. This person must be willing to work out in the field to ensure that maintenance work orders are completed and help maintenance staff members on jobs.
- Strategic Goal Setting: Pursue strategic goals for their department. Stay focus on the bigger picture and have involvement in day-to-day tasks .
- Need to have a strong background in the construction field including roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and general construction. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also essential.
- Overseeing all stages of maintenance and maintenance team
- Ensuring all maintenance objectives and standards are met
- Forecasting, tracking and reporting project costs and revenue
- Finding solutions to problems as they arise
- Ensuring all equipment and materials are available on-site as needed
- Interfacing with city, county and governmental reviewers and inspectors
- Managing the relationship with general contractors and direct vendor
- Scheduling maintenance staff
- Ensuring project (s) are completed on time
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members and ensure good employee relations.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Must be willing to learn our Payroll Software and Management software. This person will be responsible for processing work orders for payroll and turning in payroll hours to Payroll.

Pay: $19.08 - $22.98 per hour
