Maintenance Supervisor

Our company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic, growing team at The Landings @ 237!

The Maintenance Supervisor will manage and participate in the day-to-day maintenance of 496 units.

Primary duties include completing service/work orders, HVAC troubleshooting/repair, appliance troubleshooting/repair, preventative maintenance, and managing the maintenance staff and the maintenance function. Additional responsibilities include apartment turns and pool/grounds maintenance. Candidate must possess a working knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall repair.

The chosen candidate must have the ability to be on-call on a rotating basis.

Required Qualifications:

• EPA Universal Certification
• 3+ years experience in apartment maintenance
• 1+ years of supervisory experience
• 1+ years experience with mid/high-rise apartment maintenance
• Driver's License
• High School or equivalent
• Must have your own tools
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• May be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying (light to heavyweight material/appliances/ equipment), climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops
• Must have normal range of hearing, vision, color discrimination, and depth perception for proper operation of machines and equipment
• Requires the use of appropriate safety equipment (e.g., back belts, goggles, masks, gloves, etc.)
• This position requires occasional lifting of 50-100 lbs. and frequent lifting of 10-50 lbs.
• The duties of this position will require working in an outdoor environment exposed to adverse weather conditions as well as dirt and/or dust
