SalaryWe are seeking an experienced, certified Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee our Stockbridge, GA property.
The ideal candidate will have at lease 3 years experience in property maintenance or equivalent field. EPA/HVAC Certification is required as well as working knowledge of the AquaHut Air System.
This position will oversee the rest of the maintenance team so communication is key. Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following on a daily basis.
- Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)
- A/C and heating systems
- Appliances (when applicable)
- Water irrigation systems
- Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings
- Tile, carpet, flooring
- Roofing, gutters, fasteners
- Interior/exterior lights
- Shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, sliding glass doors
- Door locks and general locks
- Ceiling leaks
- General carpentry
- Foundation/sidewalk/concrete
- Ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
