SalaryDescription:
• Supervise a group of 10-15 maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility that operates 24/7/360 days per year.
• Provide leadership to the assigned crew to ensure the plant's safety and GMP policies are followed and that the crew executes work plans as directed.
• Integral member of the maintenance team that will be responsible for updating preventative maintenance programs and improving the asset care plans for plant equipment
Skills
• Technical – Mechanical or electrical training • Supervisory/Leadership training or experience
• Manufacturing – troubleshooting machinery • Computer Skills – CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System
• Microsoft Office Suite
Experience:
• 2 -Years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or 5- years of total experience in a manufacturing plant.
Preferred:
• Experience in a maintenance technical role strongly preferred. • Union- Journeyman experience preferred
Education:
• High School Diploma with some technical training in maintenance/engineering field.
