Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Identify plant's needs for repair, maintenance, preventative/predictive work
- Review equipment manuals to confirm parts and materials for order
- Define and record standard procedures and instructions for maintenance processes
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure that work is completed on a timely basis
- Oversee quality of maintenance work performed on a daily basis
- Keep an accurate log of equipment maintenance and relevant technical information
- Manage orders, reception and inventory of parts
- Allocate received materials and parts to corresponding work orders
- Assess and negotiate pricing with external vendors
- Utilize existing maintenance planning system and work order procedures
- Communicate related issues, risks, and initiatives with other members of the maintenance team
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience with maintenance planning systems
- Experience in inventory, planning, and scheduling is preferred
- Strong technical and mechanical acumen
- Working knowledge of?? systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
