Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning/scheduling of all site process and facility/utilities support maintenance activities.
- Apply the latest maintenance safety technologies to ensure best-in-class maintenance safety performance.
- Develop detailed planned work packages from preventive and predictive findings and other maintenance activities for all maintenance teams.
- Perform utilities latest Maintenance Management measurements to develop maintenance activities to improve OEE.
- Organize and coordinate all maintenance PM’s, Work Orders, and Projects to include the following: project work material take off and ordering, Kitting work order and project work for efficient downtime utilization, scheduling work order and project work against available hours and skill-sets.
- Coordinate maintenance material ordering follow-up, material expediting, and planning and scheduling key maintenance equipment for Preventive Maintenance.
- Assist with coordinating with suppliers and OEM’s warranty returns/repairs.
- Attend daily production meetings to understand production and equipment needs to efficiently manage maintenance work orders and schedule planned maintenance activities.
- Track and report monthly PM completion rate, open work orders and planned vs. reactive maintenance breakdown house for all pieces of equipment, including but not limited to: mechanic labor hours spent.
- Ensure compliance with Gehl Foods safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting maintenance
- Strong understanding of equipment documentation and skilled trades support requirements
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management systems (CMMS)
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and sound judgement to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate mathematical abilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.
- Ability and means to travel if needed; must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of valid insurance including liability and property damage coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or completion of an indentured apprenticeship
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience with a maintenance staff
- 3 plus years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing of food
- 5 plus years of experience with all facets of skilled trades activities which include Performance Measurement, Cost Containment, HVAD, PLC, PC robotic interface, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, Computerized Maintenance Management, Environmentally Safe Practices, Electrical, Electronic Systems, and aseptic food manufacturing
- Have the physical ability to frequently lift/carry, push/pull up to 50lbs, reach overhead, climb, squat/bend/kneel, and regularly sit, stand, walk/move about
