Hours: 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Planner? You’ll be:
• Planning and scheduling all required maintenance actions to optimize manufacturing down days.
• Acting as the Maintenance SAP Super User
• Ordering and organizing parts and maintaining parts inventories.
• Administering all aspects of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to achieve maximum preventive maintenance efficiencies.
• Entering, reporting, and analyzing data to manage equipment downtime and mitigate unplanned equipment failure.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Monitoring plant downtime statistics and reports to formulate appropriate preventive maintenance activities.
• Overseeing all storeroom activities, including purchasing, receiving, record-keeping, and dispensing parts and materials.
• Maintaining an optimal level of spare parts inventory to support manufacturing and preventative maintenance goals.
• Providing project and administrative support for plant personnel, accounting, audits, vendors, and other operations as requested.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have technical school training or 3-4 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Possess adequate craft knowledge to estimate man hours and materials needed.
• Have experience working with SAP (preferred).
• Have 3-4 years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Can effectively manage time and prioritize workload to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Are self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
