```Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently. Duties: - Fabricate, install, and repair various components and equipment - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating machinery and equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, equipment, and systems - Conduct inspections to identify potential problems or areas for improvement - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Supervise and coordinate outside contractors when necessary - Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and external contractors - Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Experience working with logic controllers is preferred - Welding experience is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining facilities, we encourage you to apply.
