Location: Largo, FL
Hours:
1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 2:15pm-12:45 am
Pay: $22-$28/hr (.50 cent differential added for 2nd shift)

General Purpose:
The purpose of the Maintenance Mechanic is to install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain any/all equipment within our manufacturing facility and production equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment within manufacturing facility.
- Use CMMS program to record any/all maintenance work done within manufacturing facility.
- Use OEE program to note and communicate equipment findings across the team and throughout the production floor.
- Assist Junior Mechanics with set-up’s & change-overs on equipment.
- Ability to assemble, inspect, install, and test new equipment being added to production.
- Ability to use a variety of power and hand tools to perform job functions.
- Ability to write up parts requests to ensure an adequate inventory of critical spare parts on equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals, schematics, and diagrams where needed.
- Ability to complete written or digital record of work performed each day.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks while maintaining clean & safe work areas.
- Willing to work OT, on-call, weekends, and/or holidays as requested by management.
- All other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Management.
Minimun Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- MUST have good communication skills
- MUST have a good attitude and work well with others
- MUST have the ability to prioritize
- MUST have a strong attention to details
- MUST have the ability to work alone with little supervision
- MUST understand ALL safety, cGMP, and SOP requirements
- MUST be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
