Summary of Duties:

You will perform semi-skilled work in the maintenance, repair, remodeling, alterations and construction of buildings, facilities, and equipment. Your duties also include general maintenance on building interiors and exteriors. You will also be expected to coordinate and work with other trades and crafts in support of new or remodel construction.

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduation or equivalent and two years of general work experience in building and equipment maintenance, construction or repair work; OR equivalent education/experience.

• Possession of, or ability to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Painting, or HVAC/Control repair fields of work.

Monthly Salary: Range 44G | $4,282 to $4,968 (Step G - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
