We are looking to fill the following position at our Toppenish, WA location.
TITLE: Facilities Maintenance Mechanic
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Preventative Maintenance Mechanic performs required scheduled Preventative Maintenance and minor repairs on all company departmental assets. This position will report directly to the Division Maintenance Supervisor.

WAGE RANGE: $19.65 - $21.75 per hour

We are looking to fill the following position at our Toppenish, WA location.
TITLE: Facilities Maintenance Mechanic
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Preventative Maintenance Mechanic performs required scheduled Preventative Maintenance and minor repairs on all company departmental assets. This position will report directly to the Division Maintenance Supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies problems requiring maintenance of assets during inspection and repair process.
- Work with mechanics and management to refine Preventative Maintenance actions for all assets.
- Diagnose and repair or replace worn parts in equipment.
- Initiate corrective maintenance work orders via Maintenance Connection
- Identify parts needed for preventive repairs and corrective repairs, ordering as needed.
- Ensure that safety procedures (LOTO, 5S, Arc Flash) and standards are maintained while performing duties.
- Will assist R&M Mechanics in replacing motors, pumps, valves, gearboxes, shafts, etc., as necessary.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Site Maintenance Manager/Supervisor
- Ability to perform required job functions without direct supervision.
- Will follow PPE, SQF, and GMP guidelines.
- Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend written material.
- Be able to perform basic physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs on a constant basis.
- Must have own basic hand tools.

- Mechanical job-related experience for 1 year minimum
