Our Safeway Richmond Beverage facility is looking to add Maintenance Manager to our team. If you are an enthusiastic leader with a knack for process improvement and driving performance we would love to meet you! The expected pay range for this position is $95,400 - $123,900 plus 20 percent bonus annually.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee preventative maintenance compliance and effectiveness
- Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans, both short and long term
- Utilize new technology and lean manufacturing principals and processes available to maximize efficiency
- Promote development of cost saving initiatives
- Have or develop a network base with equipment vendors
- Develop a work environment within manufacturing that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety
- Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with Safeway, Federal and State guidelines Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, Etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years manufacturing plant engineering/management experience which includes financial management and project development and project management experience
- 2 or more years working with Lean Manufacturing principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership background - the desire and ability to drive performance
- Ability to manage and develop employees
- Ability to interface with regulatory agencies
- Strong skills Working knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, - PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications
