Maintenance I - Aerospace Coatings International

Overview of the Position:

Provide necessary maintenance services to all equipment and the building in order for production personnel to achieve the goals set by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all machinery maintenance.
• Be responsible for all building Maintenance Including plumbing & electrical.
• Repair equipment breakdowns.
• Be responsible for the installation and/or relocation of equipment.
• Be responsible for all carpentry and construction work.
• Operate appropriate equipment needed to complete the project at hand.
• Be responsible for needed preventive maintenance.
• Submit PO’s for purchase of needed material.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must speak, read and write the English language.
• Should have basic computer software and keyboarding skills.

Education / Experience Requirements:Must have H. S. Diploma or GED. Prefer trade school graduate or equivalent experience

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
