This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Positions Hiring for: Service Supervisor, Service Technician, Make-Ready, Groundskeeper/Porter
- Maintenance Supervisor: At least 2 years' experience is required in an apartment maintenance/service role or similar field of maintenance. HVAC and EPA certifications are required.
- Maintenance Technician: At least 1-year experience required in apartment maintenance/service role or similar field of maintenance. HVAC and EPA certifications are strongly preferred.
- Groundskeeper/Make Ready Specialists: Previous property upkeep experience in a groundkeeper, porter, apartment turn, or related role preferred.
