Position Description
xResponsible for maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
xSchedules and performs preventative maintenance while minimizing equipment down time.
xRequired to work at heights using a scissor lift and/or man lift.
xUse of N410 to process work orders
xUse voltmeter/amp meter for equipment testing
xKnowledge of HVAC electronics.
Qualifications:
xVocational training in industrial maintenance desired.
xMust be able to work in and promote a teamwork atmosphere.
xMinimum 1 year experience in maintaining press/brakes, shears and related equipment.
xMinimum 3 years' experience in maintenance
xPossesses experience and/or certification with the electrical/electronic field would be a plus.
xMust have knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
xMust have experience in bearings, drives and welding.
xAble to read Blueprints, schematics, and precision (e.g. micrometers, calipers) instruments.
xThis is a multi-crafted position, electrical experience a plus.
xStrong leadership and communication (written, oral & interpersonal) skills.
xMinimum 1 year experience in maintaining 460 3-phase equipment.
xMust have knowledge of NEC and building codes.
xMust have experience in motor controls, solid-state drives and CNC controls.
xEmployee may not have any active written warnings for performance or attendance.
xMust be exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and ability.
