Responsibilities:
Supervises, maintains, and establishes maintenance procedures for production and packaging lines in a Good Manufacturing Practices supplement manufacturing environment
Organizes, oversees, and leads the maintenance team on troubleshooting, repair operations, and process qualifications of all mechanical process, packaging, and plant equipment
Inspects work performance of the team to ensure conformance to specifications and quality standards
Performs final inspection of repaired and replaced mechanical components to ensure all quality standards are met
Conducts routine, periodic maintenance of all equipment, evaluating and stablishing how to increase line efficiency, and improvement of cycle speed
Schedules and initiates projects with demonstrated results in a team and project management environment
Directs ands executes toward successful implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance on all critical mechanical equipment
Implements a condition-based predictive maintenance model and associated execution to improve maintenance asset performance
Puts a strong emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance, to reduce equipment downtime, as well as increasing availability of equipment
Develops a condition-based predictive maintenance model and associated execution to improve maintenance asset performance
Provides daily written activity updates, as well as submitting weekly management report
Ensures compliance to all safety and GMP/SOP protocols to maintain product quality
Able to lead or work as a team in order to complete tasks
Comprehensively reviews and approves all documents for accuracy
Attends meetings, takes minutes and disseminates information through team members as well as other departments
Performs other duties as assigned
Working hours: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Experience:

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree Mechanical, Electromechanical, Packaging, Engineering or relevant degree
3-5 years work experience in related field
Extensive machine repair experience and troubleshooting skills
