The Maintenance Division Administrative assistant will support our Maintenance Division through friendly and informed customer service , proactive and communitive scheduling as well as assistance in maintenance Division job planning and job costing. This position involves heavy use of our operating software LMN ( Landscape management Network) This software is used for all facets of our Maintenance Division. Applicants should be willing and able to learn and use cloud based software in order to be successful. Training will be provided , however prior experience using LMN is a competitive advantage. Additional responsibilities include answering and transferring phones, assistance in division invoicing as well as other office related tasks.
