Position Responsibilities:
- Embody the company standard as a high-quality care provider.
- Demonstrate strong leadership.
- Supervisor, coordinate, and perform the activities of the Maintenance Department.
- Ensure the facility is maintained in good repair.
- Assists other departments as requested, including moving furniture, unloading and storing supplies etc.
- Oversees disaster drill program in accordance with community and state regulations.
- Ensure facility and all systems are in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local building codes.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Adhere to the budget guidelines for the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
High School diploma.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Five years in a commercial establishment with knowledge of maintenance procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal, organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
