Job Summary and Qualifications

Summary:

Coordinates and performs day to day maintenance operations and supervises assigned employees.

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent, 5 years of work experience in a Healthcare Environment Preferred Education: Associate Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology Required License: Must have a valid NC driver's license or procure one within 30 days of employment unless an out-of-state commuter, at least two years of satisfactory driving experience and be at least 21 years of age to meet the Mission Health established insurance guidelines. 3 Preferred License: Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Required Experience: Five years of hospital maintenance experience with background as craft-worker in one or more trades. Must be proficient with computers. Preferred Experience: Electrician, HVAC technician, Plumber

• Class C License must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Work Experience in lieu of Degree, or High School Graduate / GED
