Duties include:
General maintenance
Basic plumbing repairs
Diagnosing mechanical issues
Refilling propane tanks
Pool maintenance
Irrigation repairs
Pressure washing
Following all company safety and security policies

Starting pay: $21/hr with plenty of room to grow
Looking to hire part-time with an opportunity to transition to full-time.
Must be able to drive a golf cart and physically maneuver in a trailer. Minor lifting.
