Maintenance Assistant - Weekends

Ross Memorial a skilled nursing and rehab center is seeking an experienced part-time weekend Maintenance Assistant to help with the day-to-day repairs and maintenance in our Long-Term Facility.

Schedule:

• Every Weekend

Essential Job Functions :

• Handling general maintenance repair needs at the facility.
• Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.
• Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done.

Requirements:

• Proven electrical, plumbing and basic carpentry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must have a clean background check.
• Must have experience working in a long term healthcare setting.
