Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a qualified part-time Maintenance Assistant 3 days per week.

Requirements

• Valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points.
• Experience completing basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, gutter cleaning, grounds keeping, hvac maintenance, floor installation/repair, drywall, bulk junk removal, lock repair/replacement, interior painting, minor furniture repair, smoke detector replacement, etc.
• Ability to meet physical demands for performing tasks duties.
• Ability to assess and respond to maintenance needs based upon staff reports and direct observation.
• Obtain CPR, First Aid, Agency Core, and DDA training.
• Ability to problem solve, use reasoning, implement necessary math skills, and effectively operate a PC/laptop/tablet.
