Job Description
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from families, finding the information they need or connecting them with the people that can help
- Welcome visitors to campus and manage the process of students signing in and out
- Develop systems that make communication clear and simple and allow information flow between all offices on campus
- Directly supervise, train, and provide feedback to office staff and assistants
- This job may also entail banking responsibilities
- Organize student arrival and departure days, including creating student welcome packets and check-in/out procedures
- Design a registration process that is warm and welcoming to our students and families
- Help coordinate pickup and dropoff for students travel to the program
- Jump in to help out with courses, chaperone field trips, run a student club, or any other aspects of the program when the need arises
- Perform additional Summer Program duties as may be assigned to you.
- 2+ years of post high-school experience by the summer
- Outstanding communication skills
- A detail-oriented mind and love for organization
- Availability to live and work on campus for the duration of the summer program
- Some experience with kids and/or adolescents
- Experience with Excel, Google Suite, Airtable, or similar software
- Experience working in customer service
- Experience managing others
- A valid US driver’s license and clean driving record
- A love for organizational systems and an eye for task management

- Room and board for the duration of 7-week program including all meals
