Location: Arkansas, USA (Multiple Locations Across Northwestern and Central Regions)

Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Conduct thorough diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for various vehicle makes and models.
- Quality Service: Ensure all services and repairs meet or exceed company and industry standards.
- Customer Interaction: Liaise with customers to understand their service needs and provide clear explanations of technical issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the service team to optimize workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are in excellent condition.
- Continual Learning: Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and service techniques.
- Qualifications:
- Certification: Automotive technician certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Full Line Technician in a dealership or automotive service center.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in a wide range of automotive repair and diagnostic techniques.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
