Description:

• Sort and open mail. Remove documents from envelopes.
• Organize documents according to client rules and prepare them for document imaging.
• Scan documents through OPEX document imaging machines.
• Handle highly sensitive documents.
• Locate, pull, and research rejected transactions in remittance software and re-process the rejected transactions according to clients' procedures.
• Prepare and log incoming/outgoing mail.
• Conduct general office clerical duties.

Job requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to work alone as well as in a team setting.
• Operating Opex machines requires walking, standing, sitting, and light lifting.
• Use good communication skills with other processors to complete deadlines during peak times.
• Must be comfortable with technology and computer usage.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, production atmosphere.
• Must be able to complete background and employment screening.
• Minimum of high school degree or equivalent.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Or until the work is completed.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
