SPS is on the hunt for an energetic Mailroom Associate to bolster our team in the bustling city of Seattle, WA. Work Schedule:
Settle into a steady Monday to Friday schedule, from 830 AM to 530PM, and embrace the balance between work and life.
Your Role:
- Excel in delivering top-notch Customer service for our onsite operations, managing incoming and outgoing business packages and mail (via UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.).
- Facilitate package retrieval for onsite personnel and manage records in person, via email, phone, or similar methods.
- Take charge of the onsite business center, encompassing tasks like stocking office supplies, assisting with document services, setting up conference rooms, managing pantry inventory, and occasionally covering for the receptionist.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in shipping & receiving, mailroom operations, retail, or office services.
- A positive, professional attitude and a dedication to providing exceptional Customer service.
- Ability to handle physical tasks related to the job, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Effective working both as part of a team and independently.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn technological tools such as handheld scanners, email, and professional communication platforms (Teams, Slack, Google).
- A presentable, articulate, and enthusiastic demeanor.
