Mail Room Tech - 3Rd Shift

Job Description
We are in search of Mail Room Technician to join a great team. The applicant will oversee mail inserters, creating labels and boxing information daily. Duties will also include Packaging completed print jobs and processing in shipping software. This is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fortune 500 company!
Mailing Machine Ops - Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate high level mail equipment: mail inserters, sorters and finishing equipment
• In house mail delivery
• Sort and Deliver Internal Mail
• Evaluate and distribute mail, including USPS, courier, interoffice as well as outgoing mail
• Inventory and stock supplies as needed
• Ensure mail is secure based on mail type and process
• Ordering and replacing of toner cartridges for walk up copiers
• Provide first level support to troubleshoot issues
• Utilize SQBX software solution to enable tracking & reporting for all mailroom operations which are included in the Mail Managed Services.
Schedule:
10:00PM-6:30AM, Sunday night through Friday morning
