Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Pay: $17/hr
Training: M-F 8am-5pm CST (1 week, cannot miss ANY training)
Work Schedule: Sat & Sun 8am-4pm CST & Mon-Wed 10am-7pm CST (set schedule)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Location: Office in Dallas, TX (call center setting, NOT REMOTE)
Start date: 2/14, 2/21, 2/28
We're seeking Patient Care Coordinators in Dallas, TX to help with their specialty pharmacy call center. They will be entering in patient demographics, assisting patients with any questions that they have and transferring them over to the pharmacist for onboarding calls. Payment, financial counseling, new prescription requests , etc.
Preferred Companies/Industry Experience
Call center, healthcare insurance verification, financial counselor
Benefits: In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
