BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is the ONLY paid, new graduate Residency Program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

Our Clinical Managers take their time with each new nurse to be sure you enter the field comfortable and confident in your skills. Requirements to enroll:
- Current valid nursing license and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Pay: $31 per hour for the first 6 weeks, then $33 per hour for 180 days, and $35 per hour for the remainder of the program.
