Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: On Site Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Duties/Responsibilities

Printing immigration packets

Scanning immigration packets

Shipping immigration packets

Mailing out immigration packets

Filing as needed

Backup receptionist

Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines and office equipment
• Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the firm.
• Ability to correctly sort, print, copy, and distribute large amounts of mail
• Ability to understand and follow written oral instructions
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Associates Degree (preferred)

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times

Must be able to travel as needed to drop off mail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
