The accurate delivery of mail to the different departments and areas on campus, correct processing of outgoing mail, and customer service. Correct processing of outgoing second and third class mail (mass mailing), customer service and processing incoming and outgoing mail (post office).
Minimum Education Requirements - High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a customer service occupation.
- Must have good memory for detail and possess math skills.
- Must be able to learn postal regulations, and have mechanical ability.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the requirements to operate a University vehicle.
- Six months to one year of postal work preferred.
- Normal working hours
- Exposure to inclement weather, standing for long periods, and heavy lifting.
