Job Description
Summary - Machinist: We are looking for an experienced Machinist with experience working with Mills or Lathes to join a team with a great work environment where you can grow your machining skills with challenging work and a supportive management team. You would be responsible for using either CNC or manual mills and lathes to machine parts to customer specifications, which will include setting up the mill or lathe, operating the mill or lathe, and checking produced parts for quality assurance against blueprints or other shop specifications.
Day Shift - Machinist: Monday – Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm (3-day weekend most weeks or OT available on Fridays)

Responsibility Summary – Machinist:
- Set up mills and lathes for new production runs; including inputting programming updates/changes.
- Operate mills and lathes to produce finished parts.
- Check parts for quality assurance using blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to verify specifications.
Qualification Summary – Machinist:
- High school diploma required; any secondary education in a relevant field is however preferred
- 5 - 15 years of experience setting up and operating CNC or manual Mills/Lathes for small batch production runs.
- High mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Experience performing quality assurance checks using measurement tools (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
