Form of workJob Overview: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties: - Set up and operate machines such as logic controllers, CNC, and press brake machines - Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running correctly and make adjustments as needed - Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition - Use precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and make adjustments as necessary - Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications and requirements - Handle materials safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading materials onto machines - Assemble components or finished products according to specifications - Utilize CAM programming software to program machines for specific tasks Skills: - Proficient in operating logic controllers, SolidWorks, CNC, press brake machines, and other relevant machinery - Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes - Experience with CAM programming software for machine programming - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Strong materials handling skills, including the ability to safely lift and move heavy objects - Basic math skills for measurements and calculations If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!
