Responsibilities:
- Safely and knowledgeably operating all machinery and tools as required, including, but not limited to: Film lift, WULF packaging machine, ROSS bowl machine, ECONO-PAK packaging robot, LYCO blancher, ARTEMIS tray sealer, pallet jacks, scales, and VEMAG depositor.
- Accurately gathering, observing, recording, labelling, and reporting data on Production paperwork.
-Remaining up to date and knowledgeable about the products being cooked, including, but not limited to: platform instructions, cooked product specifications, organoleptic product review criteria, lot traceability, and product labelling requirements
- Communicating orally and in writing with other employees (e.g. cooks, Leads, Supervisors, etc.)
- Ensuring work area is clean and sanitary at all times.
- Understanding and following food safety protocols including, but not limited to: HACCP, GMP, and Sanitation.
