**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate foam manufacturing machinery and equipment with precision and attention to detail.

- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met and production quotas are achieved.

- Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues to prevent downtime and maintain efficiency.

- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and contribute to process improvements.

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a machine operator, especially in foam manufacturing, is a plus but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate!

- Mechanical aptitude and a strong ability to understand and work with complex machinery.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality output.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address any technical issues that may arise.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
