Machine Operator / Manufacturing Worker

Position:Machine Operator / Manufacturing WorkerShift: 1st Shift, The ideal candidate will be willing to work overtime when needed to meet production demands and deadlines

Starting Pay: $16/hr (Upon hire-in, potential to earn up to $20/hr plus benefits)

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines and report any issues to supervisors
• Prepare and maintain production logs and daily reports accurately
• Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with inventory management
• Drive forklifts to transport materials and products as needed (training provided if necessary)
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication skills)
• Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred but not required (training provided)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a medium to fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
