Responsibilities:
Maintain equipment to ensure it operates safely and effectively.
Preparing machinery for daily use, inspecting machinery for safety issues, and training other employees
Might require special certification to operate specific machinery.
Read and understand blueprint designs
Set up machinery for production
Rework metal to create the blueprint design
Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery
Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Complete routine maintenance of their machinery
Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Setting up manufacturing equipment for daily use
Maintaining equipment and machinery so they can operate safely

Maintaining the understanding of operating procedures for their machines
Proposing improvements to the process or machines as needed

Excellent understanding of mechanics and mathematics.
Ability to interpret 3D drawings and orthographic projection
