2nd Shift Machine Operators

We are growing! Our state-of-the-art facility in Deland is expanding our production to include a 2nd shift. We are seeking experienced Machine Operatorso to work 2nd shift: hours are 3:30pm - 12:00am Monday-Thursday (Sundays are 10-6pm) Reporting to the Production Supervisor, our Machine Operators are integral part of the team tasked setting up and operating our production equipment.

What you’ll do:

• Set-up and operate one or more of the following machines: KOMAX, SMT, conformal coating, AI, wave, selective solder, etc.
• Follow work instructions and/or job traveler included in a kit with required material/parts to complete the job
• Operate and set-up a machine to manufacture a product (i.e., PCB, wires, etc.) to supporting customer guidelines and acceptable quality standards (i.e. ISO, IPC, etc.)
• Perform basic daily and weekly maintenance recommended by manufacturer

What will make you stand out?

• Previous EMS experience
• Working knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems
• Clear understanding of IPC 610 quality standards
• Basic component identification skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and innovative solution capabilities
• Above average communication ability using strong listening skills and logical, systematic approach to assimilating and sharing information in all areas

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

· Job requires that employee is able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

· Must be able to lift 25 - 50 pounds

· Must have excellent eyesight and hearing (cannot be color blind)

· Work environment includes machines and tools with sharp moving parts and hot surfaces

· Employees may be exposed to moderate noise levels and processes that utilize solder, potting material, conformal coating and cleaning agents, which have various odors

· Employees must wear safety glasses ,ESD smocks, ESD straps at all times when on the production floor (all of these items are provided by 4Front)

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
