Weekends: Saturday & Sunday 10:30am – 10:30pm, required
Flexibility: Mon + Fri 8 Hour Shift OR Thurs + Friday 8 Hour Shift

What You Will Do:
- Function as a On the Job Trainer for production area; fill in for Section Leader as needed
- Embrace Lean manufacturing tools to improve section’s performance (6s, line balancing, process waste removal, standard work, etc.)
- Perform quality checks, enter case numbers, closing lots, identifying and recording scrap
- Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors
- Assist execution of continuous improvement projects
- Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker
- Assist with schedule and overtime pivots
- Effectively communicate with coworkers, and incoming/outgoing shifts on the previous shift’s performance or issues identified
What You Need:
- High School or GED Required
- 2 years of Manufacturing Experience Required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Blueprint reading, measuring tools – calipers, micrometers, gauges preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
