Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a contract opportunity in Schuyler, NE.
This position is 100% onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manual assembly of tubing and connectors for medical industry use. Interpretation of manufacturing drawings and adherence to standard operating procedures. Bag manufacturing in accordance with SOP and product blueprints. Precise construction of products based on customer specifications using a tape measure. Accurate documentation completion in compliance with GMP requirements. Cultivation of a safety and quality-focused culture. Visual inspection of in-process and finished products, escalating issues as necessary. Collaboration within a fast-paced team environment to assemble products. Engagement in Lean Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Strong teamwork skills. Fundamental math abilities. Effective verbal and written communication. Attention to detail without compromising product quality. Capacity to perform repetitive tasks. Proficiency in following Standard Operating Procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Working in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime. This environment maintains controlled temperature and humidity levels with low ambient noise. Protective equipment, including gloves, hair and beard nets, face coverings, safety glasses, and appropriate attire, must be worn. Additionally, the role involves occasional lifting and manipulation of up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, reaching, bending, stooping, and grasping.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
