Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Manufacturing Operator), you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery to ensure smooth production processes. You'll ensure machines run efficiently, produce high-quality products, perform routine maintenance, adjust settings to meet production requirements, and troubleshoot basic malfunctions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, deburring, packaging, and basic computer skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Good communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and physical stamina to lift heavy objects.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, machine safety inspections, mechanical assembly skills, manual machining skills, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
