What we offer you:

• 8-hour shifts. Overtime after 40 hours
• Rate if pay begins $19.39/hour with additional $1 per hour for second or third shift work
• Overtime is available
• Weekly pay

What you'll do:

• Operate automatic press, lugger, comp machine and oven
• Inspect caps using automatic gauging equipment and enter data into SPC system
• Monitor and make adjustments to cap height, lug length, plastisol thickness as necessary
• Monitor AVI rejects and determine responsibility of defective product. Notify supervisor of findings
• Perform required quality checks

What you'll need to have:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of six months of machine operation experience
• Above average attention to detail characteristic
• Thrive in a team based environment and work well on own
• Experience in a manufacturing facility
