Job Description
- Set up automated welding and metal forming machines as per job requirements.
- Run production jobs to meet daily targets while adhering to quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after production runs.
- Perform rework and minor repairs to ensure product quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize machine performance and workflow.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, particularly with automated welding and metal forming machines.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical drawings interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
