About The Opportunity
The Multi-Equipment Operator sets up, operates, and maintains various pieces of bindery equipment, to include: high speed wrapper (including the programmable feeder units), folders, gluers, cutters, and coaters.
Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all machines in department
• Read work orders to determine how to correctly run and complete projects
• Keep track of counts and materials
• Play an active role in the cleanliness of the assigned equipment and surrounding area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

• Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
• Ability to effectively work in teams
• Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
• Ability to use and read a ruler/tape measure

Additional Job Requirements

• Rate of $18.50/hour (no experience) or $19.50/hour (with experience)
• Shift differential of $3 per hour
• Benefits start after 30 days
• Climate controlled facility
• Eligible for increase after 90 days
