You Will
- Operate plastic recycling equipment in a safe manner
- Monitor & troubleshoot equipment, making adjustments & basic repairs
- Feed lines with top-quality raw materials to produce top-quality post-consumer plastic resin
- Receive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion
Requirements
- Able to work Days: 7 am - 7:30 pm OR Nights: 7 pm - 7:30 am & a 3-2-2-3 schedule
- Mechanical aptitude (you like to work with your hands, use tools, fix things) & a willingness to learn
- Strong desire to be a productive team member in a modern recycling facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
