Opportunity for Overtime
We are currently looking for a Modified 2nd ShiftMachine Operator to join our team in our Big Rapids Wood Plant - located in Big Rapids, MI.
Regular hours, M-F 11:30am to 8:00pm with the possibility of some OT on Saturdays
As a Machine Operator, you will:
- Operate assigned production machinery in accordance with company standards to complete customer orders.
- This is for 2nd Shift, pay ranges are based on experience + $2 for 2nd Shift.
- 8th grade education or higher
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as needed
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to work in Big Rapids, MI without relocation assistance
- Previous Machine Operator experience
- Ability to utilize appropriate electronic production system and maintenance management system to complete job duties, along with the respective technology tools, e.g. personal computer (PC), tablet, keyboard, mouse, RF gun
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to use measuring gauges
