Responsibilities:

• Set-up, maintenance, and operation of various industrial manufacturing machines.
• Inspect and load coils into machines.
• Perform visual checks and check weights of product to ensure that the product complies and takes appropriate measures.
• Assist in other areas as needed to maintain smooth can flow through the plant.
• Complete required paperwork and documentation such as coil log, check sheets, etc.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all production and support equipment,
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on all industrial equipment and machines.
• Perform periodic machinery testing and inspection to determine alignment, wear, and operating efficiency.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Skills:

• Ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Basic knowledge of computer systems, gauges, tools, and equipment
• Ability to use or learn precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn pneumatics and/or hydraulics

Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or mechanics
• Problem-solving skills and be able to look at new solutions and think outside the box
